Try to replace the fuse before raising a repair request to see if it resolves the problem. Before replacing a fuse, check first with the manufacturer to confirm the correct fuse rating to use.
QUICK FIX SUGGESTIONS - FAULTY KEYPAD - Before raising a repair request try to clean the keypad with a partially damp cloth to remove any residue and make sure to remove any excess moisture with a dry cloth.
