QUICK FIX SUGGESTIONS - FREEZER NOT COOLING PROPERLY - Leaking door seals can prevent the Freezer from cooling properly. So if they are found to have debris on them, try give them a clean and this may resolve the problem you are experiencing.
QUICK FIX SUGGESTIONS - EXCESSIVE FROST BUILD UP - Your freezer may not be a frost-free freezer. Fridge freezers that are not frost-free have to be defrosted manually and on a regular basis to prevent frost build-up. So it's best to check whether your fridge freezer has or doesn't have the frost-free capability by visiting the manufacturer's website before raising a repair request to avoid an aborted repair visited.
QUICK FIX SUGGESTIONS - LOSS OF POWER - Sometimes the loss of power to a fridge freezer is due to a blown fuse. Try to replace the fuse of the fridge freezer first to see if it resolves the problem. Most fridge freezers use a 3amp fuse, however, check first with the manufacturer to confirm the correct fuse rating to use.
