QUICK FIX SUGGESTIONS - IS NOT COMING ON - Check the main power switch for the oven is switched on before raising a repair request.
QUICK FIX SUGGESTIONS - GAS IS NOT COMING ON - If you have a Pay-As-You-Go gas meter check to make sure it has enough credit before raising a repair request.
QUICK FIXSUGGESTIONS - WEAK OR ERRACTIC FLAMES - If the flames from your gas cooker are smaller than usual, uneven or have an unusual colour this indicates that there is debris in the gas burners or jets. Before raising a repair request try to make sure the unit is clean and all nozzles are clean, dry and clear of any obstacles that could disrupt the supply of gas to the plate to see if this resolves the problem.
IMPORTANT NOTE - CUTS OFF THE MAIN ELECTRICITY - Please turn off the hob and raise a repair request.
QUICK FIX SUGGESTIONS - IGNITER IS NOT WORKING - Before raising a repair request check to make sure the electrical supply to the hob is switched on.
QUICK FIX SUGGESTIONS - IGNITER IS NOT WORKING - If the area around the igniter is dirty or wet it can stop the igniter from working. Before raising a repair request try to clean and dry the area around the igniters to resolve the problem.
