QUICK FIX SUGGESTIONS - EXCESSIVE MOULD - Before raising a repair request clean the mould with mould remover cleaner and ensure when having a shower that the bathroom ventilation is switched on or a window is open during and afterwards so the room is sufficiently ventilated to see if that resolves the problem.
