QUICK FIX SUGGESTIONS - ELECTRICITY SUPPLY IS CUTTING OUT - Before raising a repair request check you have installed the correct bulbs. For example, installing non-dimmable LED bulbs on a dimmer switch will cause them to flicker or not operate properly which could appear as an electrical fault. Check the bulb manufacturer specification to confirm the bulb installed can work with a dimmable switch.
