EPCs were first introduced in 2007 and it is a report that documents a property’s current energy efficiency from grades ‘A’ to ‘G’ with ‘A’ being deemed very energy efficient and ‘G’ being not very energy efficient.. When an EPC needs to be carried out at the property the landlord will log a job request with our platform.
The landlord will be notified a job request for the property has been raised. Once approved by the landlord our platform will liaise with local vetted epc assessors and provide you with multiple quotes along with their past customers reviews for the job.
Once the landlord has selected a quote our platform will liaise with the tenant and appointed professional to coordinate access to carry out the job.
Once the job has been signed off by the tenant to confirm it has been completed then the landlord will issued with photos, any relevant supporting information (i.e. report/certificate) and invoice to arrange payment.
